For clients who want structured ongoing support and a real relationship with their dietitian, without in-person services yet.

*How biomarker review works

I work in partnership with your physician, not around them. If your doctor has already ordered labs, I work from what was ordered and translate the full picture into a nutrition strategy. If there are gaps in the standard panel that would be clinically meaningful, I can collaborate with your physician to identify what additional markers are worth looking at. You don't need labs already done to get started, we figure that out together!

Here’s what you might want to ask before getting started:

have questions?

Do you take insurance?

Health By Habit is a private-pay practice. This means your care isn't shaped by coverage limitations or what insurance deems "medically necessary." Flexible payment plans are available, and many clients find that the depth and efficiency of the work makes it more cost-effective than ongoing trial and error.

Do you work with people who are on GLP-1s?

Yes. I frequently work with clients managing weight, obesity, or metabolic conditions while on GLP-1 medications. Your full medication picture is always factored into your plan — including nutrient considerations, muscle preservation, and long-term outcomes.

What if I already have my labs?

Perfect — bring them. I'll review and interpret what you have and identify whether additional markers would give us a more complete picture. You don't need to start from scratch.

How is this different from a standard dietitian appointment?

Most insurance-based dietitian visits run 30 minutes with limited follow-up. My concierge model means longer sessions, deeper analysis, direct access, and continuity of care with unlimited, real time access to me — your progress is tracked and your plan evolves with you.
